I am Yannis, 50, living in Bad Homburg in Germany. I have been working the last 20 years in the organizational environment in different roles, mainly Marketing Communication, Training & Learning Management and Organizational Change. Right now, I am a Digital Learning Mentor, a Change Maker and founding member of INTAGIO, an association that supports Organizations to design their Change Management processes with a human spirit and orientation.
My field of interest is the Corporate Training and the change that technology provokes in this area. I am a frequent speaker in international conferences and events related to “Learning supported by Technology” and “Social Change”.
I am a “crazy” online learner and my dream and mission is to inspire other people to become lifelong learners as well. I believe that the key attitude during the development process of any successful learning initiative is to care for your learners. I am currently dedicated in my life, not only to support people learn but also make them feel happy the way they learn.
Yannis and I are/were members at INTAGIO, while I was chair. Throughout our time together, Yannis had a lot of ideas and practical contribution to make this new, professionals’ organization to what it is today. I especially appreciate his talent in combining distant fields, like the approach of Gestalt in Organizations, and the world of Digital Ecosystems. In our Annual Gathering in 2014 he presented his theory, and later during the year he realized many elements of this in the daily life of the organization as an active member. He is that type of change agents who walks the talk. I’m very happy that he is part of our active team at INTAGIO, and is a colleague of mine.
Yannis has strong set of competencies for leading and managing change. He brings his knowledge of learning and operations, together with his marketing experience to opportunities within the organization where he can identify and demonstrate the need for change. Yannis has well honed and proven ability to influence and bing people along the change journey. He does this with a solid analysis of the change which he translates into a plan to bring people through the cycle of change. His Gestalt background and his empathy make him a trusted partner in change
